1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Moi provides a platform for managing and tracking gift contributions (known as "மொய்" or "moi") for events such as weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. We help event hosts collect and organize contributions from guests.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading contribution records
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Payment Processing

Moi facilitates the recording of contributions but does not process payments directly. UPI and other payment transactions are handled by their respective payment providers. We are not responsible for payment disputes or failures.

6. Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of contribution records you create

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
